Organization of the Workplan
The project performance work programme has been built up planning
activities and tasks attributed to each partner in coherence, not
only with specific objectives of the project itself, but also with
specific single vocations and institutional mission of each partner,
constantly taking into account of areas and sectors of intervention
foreseen in the project.
The Work Plan we have elaborated has been structured and described
following two criteria:
- a logical-functional criterion, through which the
project has been subdivided in 4 Work Packages - WP - described
in detail within our project proposal in terms of objectives,
attended activities, products, role of the partners, duration,
etc.
- an operative-time scheduled criterion, developed
through the time table development of phases and work packages
in order to visualise (Gantt chart) the entire work programme within
the entire duration of the project.
During the planning activities of the Work Packages all activities
concerning of Project Management actions has been considered as
cross-sectional to all the project, notwithstanding the possibility
to identify each time phases during which these kind of activities
are likely to be predominant. For this reason we choose to codify
these project management activities with the acronym WPT (Cross-sectional
Work Package), followed by a number which concurs the easily identify
it in the successive operative-time scheduled formats.
For each
Work Package we have identified two levels of responsibility and
support/coordination of partners and we have punctually indicated
the partners directly involved in the development of the relative
WP activities.
In the schemes used to describe each WP, Such principle
finds its correspondence with the specific indication of:
- partner or partners responsible for the phase,
- support or co-ordinating partners;
- partners directly involved in the operative activities
of the phase or WP or partners involved to co-operate for its development;
- typologies external resources (subcontracts),
for the realization of the specific foreseen activity.
Also as far as concern the activities and the related Dissemination
Plan, given the indivisibility of the actions foreseen in it the
intermediate and final results of every WP, the partners opted
for an " horizontal " inclusion in the single WP.
In
order facilitate then the reading of the entire dissemination plan
in the general workplan, inside of each descriptive case of the
dissemination action foreseen for the specific WP, it has been
indicated a reference code AD (Action of Dissemination) together
with a progressive number connected to the WP of reference and
reported in the timetable GANNT Diagram.
The cross-sectional rereading
of the descriptive grids of the workplan, the outline and the timetable
GANNT Diagram has allowed the partner of having a complete and
clear picture of the tasks and actions to be carried out for the
development of the project, and has concurred, since the executive
planning phase, to plan the maximum levels of joint responsibility
and sharing of tasks and objectives.
