PARTNERSHIP PRESENTATION
The project is promoted and coordinated by Sviluppo & Competenze,
SV&CO Srl , a vocational training research,
consultancy and planning agency of Rome. The project is
realized by a partnership composed by 13 partners among which: 2
research and planning agencies,
2 functional and local departments
of the Ministries of Education;
5 Technical and Vocational Secondary
High Schools for Agriculture and Industry-handcraft;
2 entrepreneurs
associations;
1 European network of Agricultural Secondary High
Schools
1 Agricultural research and experimentation Centre.
…. representing 5
European Countries : Italy
, France , Latvia , Spain and Rumania
The partnership has been built up in function of the representativeness
of each single partner, either in National either in transnational
terms, as well as in function of their own institutional tasks
and of their possibility to add their specific competences for
the development of the project, for the attainment of objectives
and outcomes and for the dissemination of results.
In this sense:
- the presence of Educational Secondary High Schools in 3 countries
out of the 4 involved (see left menu),
- the presence of ALIM and CONFEMADERA, entrepreneurs associations.
- the presence of 2 research centres of university level (for
Italy and Rumania )
- the presence of a European network of Agricultural Secondary
High Schools (EUROPEA FRANCE )
will guarantee the efficacy of the experimentation right within
each segment of the direct target group of VET operators (teachers,
trainers and tutors both business tutor and pedagogical ones).
In order to support the validation and the possible dissemination
at a System level of the project results and outcomes, it resulted
to be strategic the involvement of 2 functional and local departments
of the Ministries of Education pertaining to 2 different EU Countries,
Italy and Latvia, both of them characterized by a very interesting
institutional mission either because directly involved in the up-dating
process of the human resources (educators, teachers, trainers)
internal to the systems, either because it is interested to the
curricular processes and the certifications.
The partnership organization,
in coherence with the reform processes and the programming orientations
of national and EU resources, has been structures on the basis
of an integrated functional logical, within which the promoter
SV&CO has been able to identify and
involve on common experiences and competences of different institutions
either for areas of interests (school, vocational training centres,
enterprises, research centres, public institutions, etc…) either
for their juridical status (private and public institutions, social
ONG, etc…)
The partnership structure, so articulated, appears to
be able to answer to a structural need of innovation of methodologies
and tools used for vocational training, through the integrated
management of a complex project which finds, right in the integration
of systems, the possibility to develop innovative pathways able
to guarantee the training success to the target of beneficiaries.
The success of the proposed project strongly depend on and is
guaranteed by these factors:
- the existence within the partnership of all the
necessary competencies for the fulfilling of the single project
phases;
- by a correct function distribution in relation
to the possessed competences (as detailed in the workplan) either
in terms of the involved partners, either in terms of single professionals
and experts involved;
- by the planning of efficient tools for the partnership
management able to guarantee the unitary coordination and administration
of the project;
- by the planning of shared activities/processes
for the coordination, methodological monitoring and quality control
of the intervention;
- by the intention to adopt an integrated and coherent
set of methodologies, techniques and tools to guarantee the success
of the project, with reference, first of all, to the attainment
of the proposed objectives.
