BENEFICIARIES
The project proposal is structured in order
to realize an intervention focused on different groups of beneficiaries,
being held into proper account that the project foresee the experimentation,
testing and validation of an experimental training methodology
for a group of intermediate beneficiaries and a concomitant dissemination
activity of results and outcomes for the educational and training
systems that will concur to reach, in the medium/long term, a group
of beneficiaries represented by possible final recipients and beneficiaries.
Consequently the direct target of the project
is represented by all kind of operators which are involved in the
planning of training pathways and are catalogued as " trainers ", " pedagogical
tutors ", " business tutor " or
other, either operating in the training field and within companies,
firms and business units.
The training pathways that would be experimented
in this project proposal will stretch to supply them with adequate
tools in order to operate in terms of planning and programming
according to what we can consider the final target represented
by:
- young people who finished (at the
moment) primary school and junior high school and does not mean
to continue their studies (unemployed) or who, even though continuing
their studies in the advanced secondary school, they do not mean,
after their first years, to continue in the educational or scholastic
system;
- adults who, even though having
opportunely attended to compulsory school, equally mean to profit
of training opportunities
For these last categories of beneficiaries it has been presumed
that the planning and realization of training pathways
through which job-experience directly lived by students and their
participation to specific productive and/or transformation processes
may become systematically interpreted , put in
a dialectic argument and compared with theoretical principles, and,
as a result could turn out as an occasion of renewed stimulus of
interests and of more mature engagements rather than a counter-productive
and unsuitable re-entering in a traditional educational or training
pathway.
On the side of structures and institutions that
could benefit of the experienced didactic methodology of this project,
the attention is directed towards medium-small, small enterprises
and smaller companies that need to develop inner training processes
starting from the interested job experience of the operators. |
